Visual identity & UI
To convey empowerment, proactivity, and engagement in the city’s future, we chose a design defined by vibrant colours and expressive typography. The visual approach is primarily graphical, with images used sparingly and always enhanced by colour overlays.

Since the brief came from Intellera Consulting, it was important to meet the needs of all stakeholders and still comply with the brief.

The iterative approach allowed us to reframe the design opportunity and make the solution more engaging and valuable for both our end-users — citizens and PA.

Using different tests and tools for each step of the process, the user’s involvement, from concept validation to the final UI, was vital to know the necessary future changes.
